Jazzy bag for a night out, will be wearing a navy outfit.

My outfit is fairy plain, navy trousers with a navy beaded top, blue heels. I love the outfit, it's a favourite but it's lacking a jazzy, standout bag to go with it. What could go with it?

I can only afford twenty odd quid though.
