Makeup-removing cleansing facial wash?

JohnSnowsTie · 29/11/2013 13:27

What do people recommend? At the moment I'm removing my makeup with baby wipes but my skin never feels really clean.

I also do OCM but don't want to do it every night.

Any suggestions?

I don't use facial washes, I usually use a balm or oil to cleanse and then wipe off with a warm wet flannel.
The body shop's camomile range is nice and reasonable I've used the balm and the cleansing oil. Some peeps swear by the super drug vitamin e range.

I second the Superdrug vitamin e range. The hot cloth cleanser is fantastic and cheap.

Boots organics hot cloth balm cleanser is great, as is Liz Earle's hot cloth cleanser (if you fancy spending a bit more)

I like Olay's facial wash - it's often on offer at Sainsbury's or Morrison's.

I use baby wipes and then use a hot flannel to have a good wipe over with after.

I am watching this with interest as I am also searching for good make up removing face wash.
I am currently using Nuxe rose face creamwash and am not v impressed.
My face feels clean, but when I wipe over with a toner it comes away really dirty and I don't use à lot of foundation, just a BB cream.

Shu Uemura cleansing oils are the mutts' nuts.

Like OCM crossed with cleansing balms but a gazillion times better than either.

after spending fortunes on La prairie etc over the years, i'm now on Simple foaming facial wash - cheap as chips and does the job perfectly. HTH

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish does the job really well for me

Oh yes, Shu Uemura is meant to be awesome isn't it. How long does it last though given it's £££££?
