Look at some Youtube tutorials. They are v helpful. But in short, you 90% dry your hair with blow dryer, then section it into about 12 sections and I curl each section "both ways" so it's nice and volumised but not curly at the ends. Make sense??! Grin. They are amazing once you get the hang.

As above, they are amazing.

I would like to add that you need to keep your receipt.

My 2nd one has just gone back to Babyliss (two burnt out motors, roughly one a year for me) they are fab and just send a new one.

Its just easier of you have your receipt!!

Have a practice run with it on dry hair to get a feel for the barrel. Takes a bit of getting used to! Don't use it on full speed at first Smile

I really need to use some sort of product too... John Freida thickening/ blow dry lotion - but then I have pathetically thin hair.
