I will probably be on S&B quite a bit more.. I will be needing a fair bit of advice!
am having a complete overhaul after having left abusive relationship in summer.. starting a new life literally from scratch.. also working on the inside eg confidence building, meditation, self esteem.. the outside eg skin, hair, makeup, need to lose a few stone and get the 'old me' back.. here is where I start..
I will have a few q's that I'll post separately but firstly, thank you for the Amla oil recommendation. I covered about half the length in it last night (keeping well away from roots.. i have oily roots but very dry ends) , tied hair up on top of head, slept with it on..it smells great.. washed it off this afternoon.. i rubbed shampoo into it before getting hair wet. I used Lush's I Love Juicy (for greasy hair) as wasn't sure how hard it would be to shift.. it worked a treat and I'm left with much healthier, shinier looking hair.. apparently it's meant for dark hair and mine is coppery and not dark, but it worked very well - I will try and do this at least twice a week...
