tubing /tube mascara that isn't Blinc..

going shopping tomorrow and can't remember who does this on high street/ perhaps L'oreal or Revlon? a mascara that comes off with warm water as 'tubes' your lashes individually so you don't get smudging. Does anyone know the exact name?
Also has anyone tried Blinc's eyeliner pencils and do they have the same staying power as the liquid liners?

L'Oreal do one called Double Extension Beauty Tubes. One half of the tube is white and the other is red. I like it - doesn't budge until I take it off with warm water.

Walnut8 · 27/11/2013 02:18

L'oreal do one - it's the double-ended one - white and red tube (I don't rate it).

Clinique curling. Doesn't curl does tube

KosherBacon · 27/11/2013 06:39

L'oreal beauty tubes is awesome. I've been a dedicated fab for about four years. You can get it cheaper on eBay than in boots.

Boots no 7 Stay Perfect mascara. I prefer it to Blinc. Not tried any others though.

QuinnFabray · 27/11/2013 07:16

Superdrug do one in their new B. range which is really really good.

alltoomuchrightnow · 27/11/2013 15:03

thank you, what is exact name of the B one, do you know?

QuinnFabray · 27/11/2013 15:51

It's the B. Longer lengthening and defining mascara. The packaging is really sleek and expensive looking too, yet it's under a tenner. Nicest mascara I've tried in a long while.

MsRinky · 27/11/2013 15:51

The no 7 Stay Perfect is really good.

alltoomuchrightnow · 27/11/2013 20:27

so the No7 one just slides off the same way Blinc does? no smudging or panda eyes?

OP posts:
thenewqueen · 27/11/2013 20:30

I love the No 7 one too, every mascara I've ever owned has given me panda eyes, except this one. And slides off pretty easy too with just a bit of warm water.

KosherBacon · 27/11/2013 20:32

That superdrug one is £10! Am I the only one balking at the thought of spending that much on a superdrug own brand mascara?!?

alltoomuchrightnow · 27/11/2013 20:38

i've just bought the L'oreal one from eBay . well the Superdrug one is a lot of money for own brand,, true.. but £8 cheaper than my usual Clinique lash power. .which i do love.. maybe Superdrug will put the B range on offer soon

OP posts:
alltoomuchrightnow · 27/11/2013 20:39

mind you I balked at Primark selling a minerals makeup set today for £10. if anyone has tried it and says it's worth it.. i will stand corrected.

Clinique lash power. I still get a bit of smudging/ flaking but mist mascaras do that to me.

alltoomuchrightnow · 28/11/2013 14:25

lash power is my staple but i need a cheaper option!

OP posts:
alltoomuchrightnow · 28/11/2013 14:25

and on my lower lashes, it does slide off quickly

QuinnFabray · 28/11/2013 16:40

The superdrug one often goes on special offer. And it's bloody fantastic mascara, honest. And the packaging is expensive looking.

BodminPill · 28/11/2013 20:48

Not available on the high street and a bit pricey also, but Kevin Aucoin does a curling tubing mascara that is the best one I've ever used by a million miles.

It actually holds the curl all day long and doesn't budge one iota - no flaking even if you rub it (unlike the Blinc one), yet it slides off v.v. easily with warm water.

alltoomuchrightnow · 29/11/2013 01:59

i used Lavshuca for many years but it's pricey (ebay only) and much prefer Clinique.. but basically am now looking for cheaper options

Hated the Blinc one as it left hard flakes when wiping it off and really hurt whilst cleansing. Cannot see the point of it really.
