What clothes and perfume have you got on today?

I made a bit of an effort today. I am wearing a black knitted dress with white piping with opaque tights and black & white converse.

I also ran out of contact lenses at weekend so I'm wearing ridiculously trendy thick black rimmed glasses that I thought were a good idea at the time & now HAVE to wear in a emergency because they're my only pair. I feel a bit daft actually.

I always forget to wear perfume but it's usually Elle YSL.

Is perfume obligatory now?

Not wearing it but I have J'adore at home. Wearing M&S wide legged navy trousers, hotter Jade boots (uber comfy) and pink, bubble Boden top.

Tartan skirt, black jumper. Usual workwear. Sounds 90s grunge but really isn't. maybe a bit

No, not obligatory but looking for perfume and clothes inspiration.

I'm wearing wine colour Jennings with brown ugg style boots, black vest-top and black, oversize knitted jumper.

And a cheap version of Jean Paul Gaultier.

I luuurve J'adore. My mum is very much into designer perfume and only wears Dior pure poison. Lovely

On the school run this morning also had on a black wool beanie hat, neon yellow gloves and a huge fur trimmed khaki parka

No perfume today but it's usually a Jo Malone combo .. Red roses and lime and basil

I started a new job last week and everyone seems to be dressed less formal but more expensively than me. I felt under and overdressed!

Today, in an attempt to blend in, I am wearing cowboy boots, fawn corduroys, silky coloured top and grey chunky knit jumper plus statement necklace.

No perfume though- soap and water is quite enough in my opinion

office day but no client meetings today so relaxed and casual, but still just about ok if I did have to pop out to see a client.

forgot underneath I have a black thermal vest from m&s to keep me warm and just taken off my pink pashmina scarf brought many years ago when I could afford real pashminas!

I'm wearing a Henry Holland kilt (in dark green and red) with a brown American Apparel t-shirt printed with half an octopus tucked into it . On top I have a big, cosy, grandad sort of cardigan in dark green knit. Black tights and rather boring black lace up ankle boots.

Perfume: Versace Bright Crystal.

I must add, it is actually an 'H by Henry Holland' kilt from Debenhams...I couldn't afford the real deal.

Gap boyfriend jeans and a cosy waffle hoodie style jumper from Fat Face. Not my usual attire but having a day at home to study and catch up on stuff so wanted the cosy feel!

Black skinnies and a grey Christmas jumper, but I have to go to a meeting soon so I'm going to swap the Christmas jumper for my heart print Burberry rip off shirt and add some heels.

A Brooks Brothers outfit (all bought together):

skinny jeans (dark green), merino wool t-shirt in sage green, then a cashmere and silk pale green over jumper with an interesting neckline then a green and blue based lambswool fairisle cardigan. I have some short fur boots. Yes, I feel the cold but I am as cosy as toast in this outfit :-) without looking too shabby.

Perfume: Davidoff Cool Water. I like to feel fresh during the day.

I know it sounds like I was dressed for a funeral but they were all different textures and I was having a "I feel like a blob" day so black is slimming
