Can I recommend a brilliant eyeliner?

It's by Hourglass....doesn't budge. Have tried others including Bobbi Brown, but they all left rings on my upper eyelids.

This one is so easy to apply..have been wearing the black but have just bought the indigo.

Do you mean it doesn't budge from the waterline? Am always on the lookout for the Holy Grail eyeliner!

My favourite is Avon SuperShock gel eyeliner pencil, but I only use it inside lower lids.

Just got back from the gym and it's intact Grin

Is that the one that's £25? Reviews seem to suggest that it dries up very quickly in the tube

I've given up on finding one that lasts and isn't eye wateringly expensive

Johnsnowstie - have you tried Buxom insider? Got mine off ebay

Is it this OP? www.hourglasscosmetics.com/calligraphy-liquid-eye-liner/

That's the one.

I'm impressed with everything I've bought from them...they're new in our JOhn Lewis.
