I'm a 30GG and my biggest issue with wearing that dress would be the cut away back. I couldn't go braless!

You would need some serious upholstery with either a backless bra ( stick on cups only) or a bra that fastens low down round your waist.

I wouldn't wear black tights with brown boots but I do wear brown boots with dark grey tights because grey and brown are a classic combo.

That red skirt is crying out for black boots and black or grey tights.
