Is my North Face fleece fake

I brought a north face fleece from e-bay.

It is a lovely quality and very warm but I'm not sure that it's genuine.

It has a few different labels: a black north face one, then one that says women's/femmes M/M and made in China fabrique en chine and then washing instructions, then a red north face label and finally a label that says VF Europe BVBA with an address in Belgium.

The bit that you would hang on a hook says never stop exploring but above the labels the north face is written all the way along a thin strip of material

Does anybody know if it is likely to be genuine or not? I'm not interested in labels and would have brought this fleece without one but as there is a label I want it to be genuine iykwim

It needs to have the north face hologram which will have a T, N and F.

No it doesn't have the hologram but I thought that might be if it was an old one. Should they all have holograms?

If there is no hologram, it won't be legit.

All the rest is commonly ripped off, so doesn't really help you at all.

My old north face stuff bought from north face shop had the hologram in the side seam rather than behind the label

What's the name of the fleece?

Definitely no hologram and it doesn't have a name that I can see. I have done a little research and think it might (if genuine) be part of a 3 in 1 jacket. Should they have holograms also?

Aah probably not then. The only other way you can find out for sure is to take it to a north face shop. They will be able to tell you if it's genuine.

I've just taken DPs 3-in-1 apart and all 3 do have the hologram. It is a men's cost though, from last year, so that might not help much!

Thank you everybody. I like the fleece and it is very warm so I guess it doesn't matter too much but might ask in the shop.

Also does anybody know if the north face logo on the neck looks genuine as that's not something I've come across before? It's all all along the collar above the tags on a thin strip

I've had and still own quite a few north face items and have never seen the logo like that along the collar
