Looming for a boy's dressing gown - cotton

For heavens sake, does anyone sell a cotton dressing gown anymore? They're all polyester and so light compared to the cotton M&S dressing gowns which the kids have outgrown. Has anyone seen a non-polyester model suitable for a 10 yr old boy?

I bought a cotton flannel one in Matalan for my DS but he's 14 and tall.
This was in the XS mens size

He looks like Sheldon Cooper in his Primark skinny fit chino trousers, TShirt and short hair.
He looks even more like Sheldon Cooper in his dark plaid dressing gown.
