Shampoo for sensitive skin and hair

I have been struggling with facial eczema recently and have found that it improved a lot when I changed from John Frieda Sheer Blonde shampoo to Lanza White Tea shampoo. Unfortunately, after a little while the Lanza starts to weigh my hair down, and I find the £20ish price tag a little high.

Can anyone recommend a good shampoo for under £15 that is good for very sensitive skin please?

My DH has a sensitive scalp and uses Simple shampoo successfully, although not always that easy to find.liz Earle products are good for eczema. I've never tried the shampoo but might be worth a go

Vosene?

I also use the Alberto Balsam Range (try the tea tree oil one) and don't seem to get any eczema from using them.

Eucerin is very soothing for sore itchy scalp's.

I have the same problem with hair products. If you can stretch to it cost-wise, I can highly recommend Aveda Shampure shampoo & conditioner but at the cheaper end of the market, Simple shampoo has always been fine for me and is often available in Pound shops.

Thanks all, I will have a look into all these options. I was worried that tea tree or something would really dry the eczema out but perhaps I was mistaken.

Start working through shampoos without SLS and parabens until you find one that suits you. We use Jason from the health food shop.

You could try happy hair days range that you can buy in Sainsburys it's SLS and paraben free and about £3 something each. I have scalp eczema and dry sensitive skin and it doesn't make it worse. Which is a good thing in my world!

Allergenics or the naked range
