Need to find a headband like this...

My sisters wedding is in two weeks (I know I'm leaving it late), while browsing updos I can across a website and fancy copying the hairstyle.
However, it's an American website and the headband is from an American company. I need to find something similar from the uk but not having much luck.

Please, please help me find one. (Or dissuade me if you think it's actually quite crap).
