Casual navy boys blazer?

I was going to buy this one but by the time dh has decided which item he wanted it had sold out.
Any ideas for similar and not too much money?
Age 9-10-11 please

Actually black or khaki would be ok too as long as it was casual and didn't look like a school blazer
