After having nearly fallen over about three times walking DS into breakfast club yesterday, and then arriving at work and actually falling over on a patch of ice (handily placed on the pedestrian crossing in the car park!) I have come to the conclusion that I need some winter boots or shoes to wear on the way to work then I can get changed when I get there to cut down on the chances of me doing somersaults again.
So, I was going to just get some black converse, but then I thought they might be a bit chilly and no good if raining, so then I thought of some leather converse, but then I saw the shearling converse but I can't seem to find them in black. And then I started thinking that boots might be a better idea but I have humongous calves and finding boots to fit is generally quite traumatic.
So, what do you think I should do? And what do you think of these
Reiker
or these
Lotus
and does anybody know whether Reiker or Lotus boots are small fitting or not?
(I have a £40 Amazon gift voucher from my birthday last week so would be good if I could find something at either Amazon or Javari!)
