Smart coat on a budget-any good ones?

Okay so ive got my lovely Merrell coat for rainy school runs, my padded down hooded coat for freezing weather and now i need just one more (probably) - a smart wool or similar dark coat for evenings & days out. Quite like boucle type ones and 60s styles but open to ideas! Im 5ft 5 size 14 and curly brown hair. Thanks everyone!

I bought a grey frock style wool coat with high collar from Wallis. It's really warm but smart.
I actually bought it in the Spring sale so got it for £25 down from £60.

Ahh didnt even think of Wallis!! Shall take a look... Its difficult this time of year as you just KNOW the sales are round the corner!!

Take a look at Land's End. They do smart boats as well as the outdoorsy stuff and they always have stuff in clearance. I bought a nice grey wool peacoat there half price a few winters ago out of main sales time. Style and colour are neutral enough to go with everything !

You don't say what you mean by 'budget,' but Mango have lots of nice smart coats for about £100.

They have a few other nice wool coats too. If you look on hotukdeals there are loads of codes. I used 3, a 25% off code, a free delivery code and £5 off and got it for under £35.
