mummy23 · 11/07/2006 21:55

Yeah it is layered but a bit of a messy cut as well (hence the name)

Skribble · 11/07/2006 22:01

Gosh a shag could be just what I need !!!

Skribble · 11/07/2006 22:07

Should I go for a short shag or a long shag??

JoolsToo · 11/07/2006 22:14

Shag
Phalacrocorax aristotelis
Shags are goose-sized dark long-necked birds similar to cormorants but smaller and generally slimmer with a characteristic steep forehead. In the breeding season adults develop a dark glossy green plumage and prominent recurved crest on the front of their head. In the UK they breed on coastal sites, mainly in the north and west, and over half their population is found at fewer than 10 sites, making them an Amber List species. Shags usually stay within 100-200km of their breeding grounds.

What is a shag?

A fond and distant memory..........

Skribble · 11/07/2006 22:18

Its what you did before you claimed it was making love

PrettyCandles · 11/07/2006 23:11

Hey Jools you missed:

The common Cormorant or Shag
Lays its eggs inside a paper bag.
The reason you will see, no doubt,
Is to keep the lightning out.
But what these foolish birds do not guess
Is that wandering bears come with buns
And steal the bags to hold their crumbs.

Thanks, sparkler.

Now, if I go for that style, am I going to look

a) as if I've just got out of bed (shagged)
b) ravishingly sexy (shag-a-delic)
c) mutton dressed as lamb (I'm 40)?

Or will it be a brilliant and practical style, just wash and towel dry, but can still have fun with blow drier or tongs to look gorrrrrrgeous?
