Warm boots suitable for the side of the rugby pitch. Sorel Joan of Arctic?

I spend most of my weekends at the side of various sports fields, in the mud, and am fed up of having cold feet. Therefore I need warm, waterproof and stylish boots that I can also take skiing. I really like the look of Sorel's Joan of Arctic boot but they have poor reviews for comfort and are too expensive to get wrong. Can anyone recommend an alternative? Or do you have these and like them?

I wear Muckboots with Joules or Seasalt fluffy socks for rugby. Not sure they'd be stylish enough to complement ski wear though.

I just bought the Joan of Arctic boots for £59 at SecretSales.com, they are having a Sorel sale. That's the cheapest I have found, wanted to share in case you haven't bought them yet.
