My skin is pants at the minute. Dry, dull, clogged….I love the sound of double cleansing. What products do you recommend?

Thanks.

Depends what you like really. The basic premise is that the first gets makeup etc off and the second goes your face a proper deep clean. I use the same facial scrub for both at the moment but sometimes take makeup off with a cream like Pond's or oil like Shu Uemura before using facial scrub. I don't feel clean unless I use water.

I vary it
First cleanse is either an oil or balmology cleansing balm or Occo wax cleanser
Second cleanse Occo light cleanser (it's like a runny cream), or dermalogica ultra calm. At the minute I'm suffering a hormonal breakout so using MD formulations for second cleanse

Thanks for responses.
So, you can just use a cleanser twice? I thought you would have to use ecfoliators/scrubs and cloths.
What are MD formulations? I too have hormonal breakout at the minute. Disaster!

Yep the idea is the first go removed dirt/makeup, the second one actually cleanses
I use a hot flannel to take mine off, clean one every day
MD formulations is a gel type one, its got glycolic acid in it which my skin seems to like

I use baby oil to get rid of eye make up then rub a cleansing cream in and massage a bit. I remove with tissue then wash with a foaming face wash leave the foam on while I soak my dermoflannel in hot water, drape it over my face for a minute then rub face wash in with it and rinse. finish with a toner type liquidy thing and when dry rub in a layer of superdrug vitamin E moisturiser. It seems to be working as my skin looks cleaner and glowy with less noticable wrinkles and pores.
