I have recently started using something called Uniq1. You can get it from Amazon/ebay. A new hairdresser used it on my thin, shedding, brittle hair and it was wonderful, so I bought it and have been v happy with it. It is an all in one hair treatment. You wash your hair (I also like the shampoo as I got a sample in the box), condition if you want to and then use about 4 sprays of this stuff and smooth it through your hair. It makes it smooth, silky, shiny, protects it from heat, gives a bit of volume and makes it easy to untangle and sorts out flyaways.

Do you have any idea why your hair is like this? Have you had your iron/ferritin/thyroid levels checked? Have you been on a diet, had a baby etc? I am taking ferrous fumerate (iron just very slightly on low side of normal), silica tablets, multivits and omega 3 supps as well as improving my diet - more red meat, oily fish, enough carbs and fruit/veg and am hoping to goodness that this lot starts to help.

I recommended the Uniq1 to my DDs MIL and she loves it too and has told her DD about it! It's the best thing I've used on mine and I have tried a LOT of products!
