Soft Summer lipsticks and make-up recommendations

Hello,
I am looking for the rare find that is a soft summer lipstick-particularly for those who lean deep. A lot of the lipsticks lean a bit too pale that are usually recommended. I found a good one in Revlon Rose Berry as a medium pink/brown but would like a rosier one or more metallic one.

I can recommend the Mua matte shadows as having some great soft summer shades but am struggling finding a good mascara.

Also blusher is proving elusive.

Anyhooo- can you help me out with your best buys?
X

I was waiting to see if any other deep Summers more knowledgeable than me would comment and hoping to nick some ideas.

I can’t recommend any lipstick because I hate wearing it; yes, I know I should but… I can’t stand the taste and feel, and the mess it makes.

Since I’ve had my colour analysis I bought quite a few HoC products from the summer palette: the eyeshadows Nos: 106 (a great neutral base colour), 155, 64, 154 are all ones I wear regularly. I find a lot of purples too warm-coloured.

If you want other options, some of the shades of Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette look ok e.g. ‘Tease’ and ‘Busted’ but the others don’t seem to look right or are too shimmery for me.
I also like some of the Bare Minerals eye shadows shades: ‘Happiness’ (a plumy brown), ‘Drama’ (dark brown), ‘Celestine’ (beigy taupe).

I’ve never really worn black eyeliner as it always seemed so harsh. I wore a dark grey-brown shade called ‘Slate’ by MAC which has been discontinued. The Clarins grey eyeliner stays on well and doesn’t wipe off like the Boots No.7 one does.
I also wear the navy mascara from HoC.

The blusher No. 400 is a great neutral colour. I wore this a lot. Am currently trying No. 7 a more pinky shade (look in HoC sale section)
I have a limited edition Bobbi Brown blusher in Pink Rose (no. 34) discontinued sadly.

I'm currently alternating between two Clinique chubby sticks- whole lotta honey- neutral browny pink- and fuller fig- pinky-reddy-brown. (Crap names, I know). I do find it incredibly hard to get lipstick right- I find a lot of cool-toned shades go a very cold and overly bright pink on me and look horrible, but I do think it's so important to wear lipstick- it's very easy to look really washed out without it.

I go for Max Factor Lipfininty Luminous Petal or Illuminating Fuschia. Both are great and last all day. The petal is the lighter shade and the other one is more dramatic.

For blusher, I use Bourjois little round pot - rose de jaspe. It seems to last forever as well. Think that there are several similar shades.
As for lipstick, if you read the Summer thread, you will see that I'm a gloss girl instead. Having been trying out Boots no7 stay perfect classic rose lipstick though (free gift). Still thinking of experimenting with chubby sticks or similar.
Also if you go to nearly the beginning of the other thread we do discuss make up a bit.

Thank-you for all your recommendations. I looked at the Clinique ones online and they look about right so will go into a store and swatch them. The no7 classic Rose looks too chalky and pink on me but will look into the blusher.x
