Again depends what you mean by statement and expensive but chambers and beau do lovely pieces many of which can be personalised.

I have just orderedthis to wear with xmas stuff it feels shimmery without being naff I think. Some other lovely things on there too

I found this website for Ottoman Hands the other day... I have my eye on a couple of the necklaces and there are some lovely ear-rings - and a bit different to the high street glitzy stuff.
