Knee-length tube skirt

It seems that tube skirts are all the rage, and I've convinced myself that such a 'key piece' is just what my disjointed wardrobe needs.

However, they all seem to be calf or thigh length. What I need is one that sits on the knee. And that is reasonable quality material, yet not expensive. So, easy.

Any recommendations?

I have a few tube skirts. One from h&m that I wear all the time that was £3.99 or similar. It's very easy to chuck one but obviously not the best fabric.
The others I have are from matalan and jack wills. So varying price and both good quality. I like stripy ones best as in plain ones I feel a bit like a waitress!
