What to wear, what to wear?

I have my graduation ceremony next week and as yet, I've nothing to wear. I am chubby of face, big of boob and have big calves. I'm roughly a size 22/24. I've been looking on Simply Be, as their stuff tends to fit well but nothing is shouting out at me and I'm running out of time.

Help please?

What is your age/taste? I'm picturing something black yet a bit feminine with some nice details Just for starters something like this?
