So i currently have GHD gold series but they are not great its my second replacement pair from GHD and they are refurb so i want to invest in another pair. Im deciding between the GHD wonderland edition and the GHD eclipse, i know the eclipse are meant to be the best as they are £££ but i've read mixed reviews on their website does anyone have a pair?

Also my hairdryer is about 10 years old so time to upgrade is the GHD air worth the cash? or am i just as well buying any bog standard ionic one?

My hair type is VERY frizzy, thick hair not so much the strands but i have ALOT of it.

I bought new straighteners recently after my ghd's busted after 7 years good service. Thought I'd buy Coriliss (sp?) and totally wish I'd stuck with ghd's! Regretting it, I bought the ghd hair dryer to make up with it after reading some reviews that it was life changing for those of us with thick frizzy hair! Whilst it does make a massive difference, it is more because all new ones are going to be more powerful and light than a ten year old one IYSWIM and not just because its a ghd dryer! My MIL has a Toni and guy dryer that was £30 and I swear is the exact same as the air but with a different logo!
I'm going on a bit here, but I'd say: stick with ghd for straighteners but not worth the massive price difference for a dryer!

I have the eclipse, I bought about 5 weeks ago and am happy so far. I replaced a pair of original ghd's I had got about 7 years ago so I am thinking cost per use they will work out good value!
