Coach bags: do they wear well?

I want the Coach Legacy Mini Tanner for Christmas and the Madison small satchel in Glitter Lizard for my birthday, because I think it can be day and evening bag, but before I ask DH I wanted to check Coach bags wear well?

Yes, they do.

I have quite a few as I have lived in the US on and off for a decade or so and handbags and shoes, not clothes, are my vice (as they last so long).

I've never bought any of the non leather logo bags, only leather, but my daytime year round handbags are Coach and they have stood up just fine to everyday life for ages. I think I've had those particular ones for at least 6 or7 years and they still look great.

Sorry to hijack post, but while on topic of Coach bags. Does anyone know a good leather cleaner for their leather bags? Mine has lasted ages but needs a clean!

I've used mine almost every day for two years and it's in great condition. I've even spilled water and coke on it and you'd never know.

No, sorry, on the cleaner front - I've never cleaned mine with anything special.
