I went to the hairdressers yesterday, very well known chain, first time visit for me. Got my colour done and a haircut, I am very unhappy with both. Colour-wise, I got EXACTLY what I told the stylist I didn't want to end up with. The cut, well, she literally took up 2 inches of length but left it looking exactly the same, flat; no styling whatsoever. I hate complaining but I'm going to have to, ain't I? 
Oh and I didn't say anything when I was still there because I thought the colour was due to the garish lighting at the saloon, and the cut didn't look quite do insipid right after she blewdried it; I was in a rush to go get the kids from school too...
