OK curly girls, if you are using sulphate free shampoo, what styling product can you use?

So been reading a lot on these threads about how to deal with curly frizzy hair and so started using the sulphate free Body Shop Rainforest shampoo which seemed good. However... I then learnt that since I was still using John Frieda Frizz Ease, which has silicone in it, that shampoo wouldn't remove the silicone.

So now I am at a loss as to what will be an effective product on fine, dry, frizzy hair. I can't not use anything as it will be an utter frizz ball without something!

Can anyone help..?

I have just discovered Mixed chicks and it's fantastic. I don't know if it's sulphate free but the labelling seems to indicate it's a more eco friendly product. Maybe it's suitable.

I see boots pink curl creme recommended a lot on here and umburto gianni gel (it's in a pink tube)

Boots curl cream and pink umberto Gianni gel are fab... But it's all in the technique!! So apply product and then don't touch till dry (in my case 4 hours Hmm) and then scrunch out!!

Naked curl cream.

Also, I use apple cider vinegar to remove build up every couple of weeks. 100 ml apple cider vinegar to 400 ml water. Pour over your head in the shower before shampooing.

Naked curl cream is great, and a little goes a long way.

Body shop curl boost

I use lush's 'dirty' styling cream. I don't think i'm their target market, but it works for me.
