Anything good in?
Have got a work- and child-free day on Monday and once I've had my stitches out am off to do a bit of retail therapy.
Now I need to know if its worth a trip to Primark. Really fancy going "up west" where there is not a Primark but don't want to miss out on some good stuff.
What to do??

Hi Posey, i was in primark yesterday in lakeside, they have got some really nice clothes in at the minute, and really cheap, the kids stuff wasnt all that this time round, they go through stages with the kids things i think. They have plenty of stuff for us though

Hmmm, I was there today and left empty handed. Got the kids some £3 nightys and nothing for myself, bearing in mind that I havent been there since before Xmas it must have been crap.

Thats suprising, i can never leave empty handed..lol.. mind you i can never leave anywhere empty handed. I got a couple of nice belts and the stripy jumpers that r in at the mo. I like all the wooden bangles out at the minute, a nice accessory.

Think I mat try and squeeze a trip to Primark on another day, and go and have a westend day on Monday. Don't get the chance very often and really don't want to end up disappointed.

I THINK GIVEN THE CHANCE I WOULD PASS UP PRIMARK TO GO WESTEND ASWELL..LOL!

May dress up a bit, put on some lippy even, stop and have coffee, BROWSE....
And I don't even need to clock watch as dh is home all day for ds, and dd is going to a friend's after school. Can just come home when the plastic is rejected and/or I'm too footsore to continue!

Got to try every so often!
I'm actually really rather excited about the whole day.
About time though. Have been doing so much extra stuff for work, school, kid's activities...deserve a day off!

Thanks for the chat!

oh those stripy jumpers are lovely!

I can always find good stuff in there tbh - always worth a trip

I went a few weekends ago - I was a bit disappointed with the adults clothes (although I did get a few bikinis a top and some slippers) but LO got some socks, a tankini and a skirt so was happy.
