Alternative to Links of London "sweetie" bracelet

I'm trying to find my Mum a stretch bracelet for Christmas and am getting stuck for places to look so am hoping someone here can help!

She has one of the Links of London sweetie bracelets - they no longer sell it but it is a lovely one with chunky freshwater pearls among the silver 'sweeties'.

What she likes best about it is that it is tight - she has small wrists so it means it doesn't flop about on her wrist but feels like it fits properly.

I don't have the budget for another Sweetie one (am looking to spend between £50-70), but equally I don't want something too cheap and flimsy so it won't fit.

She likes gold or silver, pearls and turquoise, but would probably be open to other ideas.

Any other recommendations for places I can look for one?

Thanks in advance!
