I have an interview on Wednesday for a job I would love. If I'm successful, this would be a managerial position - I've been working in this industry for three years. It's in the creative industries, so not too formal but most people dress fairly stylishly.
My clothes are always clean and neat but some are looking frankly slightly on the shabby side as I don't have too much money to spend on them - I usually get workwear from Oasis, Warehouse and the odd bit of Whistles. The usual style in the office is fairly casual but with nicely tailored bits.
Who can recommend a great dress I could wear - one that says 'professional' but isn't too staid? Around the £80-100 mark. I already have a smart camel coat and tan brogues. I've had my nails manicured a shade of deep plum as I've noticed that the people in higher up jobs always have good grooming! They all seem to shop at Cos, Whistles, Hobbs, Reiss etc so I guess I'd be looking at those kind of places too (dress for the job you want, and all that).
If anyone has any ideas I would be thrilled! I'm 5'3, size 8-10 and have massive waps for my height/shape (30FF).
