What's the sizing like on the joules holker tweed field coat?

Just that, I really want one but don't want to order and have to return. I am 16/18, Losing weight tho and mostly 16. Most of my joules 16 is ideal and the 18's are too big, but I bought a moredale in 16 nd it's miles too small. So are these true to size? Or more fitted and smaller fitting?

No idea but marking place. I love Joules but their sizing is really hit and miss. I've got stuff in 16 and 18. I'd suggest trying some on first, is there a shop near you? Or do they have it in Next? They've got a Joules concession and returns are free.

Oh never thought about next! There is a independent shop in town but feel cheeky about going in, trying on then not buying from them.

You can try them on and say you didn't like them. Cheeky but at least you'll know how they fit!

Why can't you buy from them?

I'm sure they're used to people trying and not buying. Best to try these jackets. Some are more tailored/ fitted than others.

Hmm, bit tricky then. You could always explain to the Joules shop ladies, and say that you don't want to order the wrong size in such an expensive item! They're not cheap.
