Your favourite bra brand

I have just bought one quite cheap bra from Debenhams (£4 in sale) and one very expensive Calvin Klein bra from House of Fraser (£29 in sale) They are both kind of the same style and size- of the shaped formed cup variety. Now the cheaper one is really comfy after just a couple of wears and the Calvin Klein one not so comfy.

What are your favourite brands?

Freya, Fantasie and the Girgeous range at Debenhams

southeastastra · 02/11/2013 22:21

calvin klein, but we have a discount store nearby so don't pay that much, tk maxx is good for designer styles i have a dkny one that is great from there

SorrelForbes · 02/11/2013 22:21

Cleo (by Panache), Ewa Michalak, Fauve

SorrelForbes · 02/11/2013 22:22

My local TK Maxx never has anything smaller than a 32 band or bigger than a DD cup.

DramaAlpaca · 02/11/2013 22:23

I must be the same shape as *LittleTulip" Grin - like exactly the same brands, plus Bravissimo.

PacificDogwood · 02/11/2013 22:25

Fauve, Rigby&Peller (amazing!) and Panache

PuddingAndHotMilk · 02/11/2013 22:27

Freya, Panache, Hot Milk

Clargo55 · 02/11/2013 22:39

Huit and Esprit.

MrsCampbellBlack · 03/11/2013 05:52

Simone Perele but they are expensive

VestaCurry · 03/11/2013 06:27

Rigby & Peller

BikeRunSki · 03/11/2013 06:32

Panache
After extensive fitting sessions at both John Lewis and Bravissimo, the Panache Porcelain appears to be the only bra that fits.

Rotterwallah · 03/11/2013 07:06

Lurking. I need a few new names to explore. I'm too big for high street stores and have been disappointed by three bravissimo bras falling apart within of couple of months

SpringyReframed · 03/11/2013 08:39

I love Empreinte. They are expensive but last for ever so totally worth it as the fit is great for me. The Melody is the best every day bra ever.

PacificDogwood · 03/11/2013 08:42

Is Empreinte not a R+P brand? Or am I getting confused Confused? It happens quite easily these days...

I looked at an Empreinte bra online on the R+P website and was wondering whether it would be worth a visit to London for Grin

SpringyReframed · 03/11/2013 08:46

Sorry should have said I am a 32FF in Fantasie but take a 32E in Empreinte.

MrsLettuce · 03/11/2013 09:03

Triumph all the way for me. The old Amourette 300 could have been purpose built for me - scrapes my sad, old, long, thin flappies into a seriously impressive frontage.

I'm sure if I were able to visit R&P I'd be immediately converted, but I'm not in the UK.

scarlettsmummy2 · 03/11/2013 09:06

Freya

PinkStarStuck · 03/11/2013 09:45

Freya or for every day Prima donna (their Deauville bra), it's expensive but I can run around after the DC's in it which isn't bad considering I'm a good F cup atm.

Empreinte would definitely be worth a trip to London for, although I have 2 boutique shops really local that sell them so you might find the same near you pacific.

Beaverfeaver · 03/11/2013 09:48

My best so far is next! Very surprised

ggirl · 03/11/2013 10:21

Primadonna , H cup and they make me look slimmer and my boobs smaller and so bloody comfortable ..worth every penny imo if fitted properly .

chartreuse · 03/11/2013 10:22

Lejaby

SorrelForbes · 03/11/2013 10:44

Empriente are lovely but very pricey.

Cleo are very good for those of you who like a forward type shape

Rubybrazilianwax · 03/11/2013 11:20

Lejaby are super quality and last for years

Branleuse · 03/11/2013 11:46
