What should I wear with this dress?

Bought this recently, it arrived today & I love it. But what to wear with it? If it helps I'm size 12 5 ft 0 so dress comes to my knees.

I'm not convinced by shorter dresses with shoe boots or ankle boots but willing to consider it for the right boots!

I've just bought a pair of Chelsea boots heeled boots from new look...they're quite cute and would look good with this dress I think.

They were only 19.99.....

So does everyone else hate my dress?
