Pregnacare new mum vitamins & hair regrowth - yay?

Anyone else been taking these and noticed their hair getting thicker? I want to make sure I'm not just imagining things!

I've been taking these vitamins for about the last 4 months and I swear I am getting hair regrowth - especially noticeable at the hairline (because I have an annoying 1.5" little wavy tuft on the left side).

Also I hardly ever blowdry my hair anymore but when I did recently I could see lots of shorter hairs in between the sections I was drying. Plus I'm sure that less of my scalp is visible when putting my hair up now.

Anyway this is all quite exciting for me as I have had such thin hair for years (no idea why). The thought of being able to put my hair up and not have to strategically try & cover up my scalp with what little hair I have is an exciting concept!

Haven't tried it but will be watching with interest... This tiny fringe is pissing me off!

Does it matter if you are not a new mum? Will it still do the hair thickening thing?? Would it be harmful I you weren't a new mum?

I'm intrigued!

I thought i was imagining things..... I'm taking the preconception one but have noticed a definite difference in hair thickness.

I really don't think you have to be a new mum to take them to be honest - it's just marketed that way. But whatever things they've put in to support hair seem to be doing something!

Interested to see what my hair looks like by the time I'm back to work in a few months..

Surely hair regrowth happens a few months into motherhood anyway? Has to me both times. Because your hair doesn't fall out at the same rate during pregnancy, it comes out in great wishes afterwards, so all the regrowth appears at the same time instead of gradually, which makes the tufty bits noticeable.
