Canada shopping - what's good to buy?

My DH is in Calgary on business and has a free evening to spend at the Mall. Does anyone know how Canadian prices compare and what are good buys? I'm wondering about Timberland boots and other brands. Any other recommendations?

Cosmetics tend to be a lot cheaper and depending on the currency rate most thing are cheaper. What I would say is due to the extreme winters boots, coats etc are much better as they are made for full on snow.
The Bay and Eatons are the big department stores, as a rough comparison bay is higher end like harvey nichs etc and Eatons more like HoF or debenhams.
