Hairdresser needed in Maidenhead area who can take bulk out of long thick coarse hair!!

Hi all, I am in dire need of good recommendations for a hairdresser who can take the bulk out of my thick long hair in a stylish way. Want to retain length but get the weight taken out, and from my experience it takes skill for the hairdresser to be able to do this.

I'm in Maidenhead and am prepared to travel half am hour. The cheaper they charge the better, as long as able.

Hi, I have thick hair and my current hairdresser is excellent and does the best blow dry EVER! Agatha at a place called Lucci on St Leonards Road in Windsor. She has cut it really well too, it's long with layers through it and doesn't feel heavy.

Highly recommend Haringtons in Maidenhead - excellent stylists, very friendly. Been going there for years!

Thanks melodycool. Do you happen to know how much Agatha charges for a cut? Do you mind if I ask is your hair coarse too? Cos mine is. I spoke to another hairdresser (also in St Leonards Road!) so may give him a try.

Naptimecuppathanks for your reply but when I've tried Haringtons in Maidenhead, cuts were always pricey (though I didn't pick cheapest stylist!) and the effect was always not great haircut (even when returning to a same stylist).
