Black velvet blazer/tux style jacket?

I had one from Zara that I loved with narrow satin lapels but the elbow seams just gave way. Any ideas where I could get another, hopefully better quality? Budget around £150 or so? TIA!

I've been after a velvet blazer for a while now... Not coming up with much. I ordered one from La Redoute, but they sent me a normal black blazer with no explanation

I'd have thought this would be quite straightforward as it's a bit of a classic but the search continues!
