...in June, so I've recovered from the loss now, but I still miss it! A round styling brush isn't quite the same, although it's better than nothing.

I'm thinking of replacing it for Christmas, but is there anything else out there that's similar but better? Is the Babyliss Perfect Curl a different thing?

I would replace my BBH every week if necessary, I couldn't live without it. The Perfect Curl is a very different thing altogether - an automatic hair curler that will cost you about £160 and is aimed at hairdressers etc. They do a consumer version called Curl Secret which is about £120 in Argos, Boots etc A hell of a lot of money for curly hair but it does look scarily amazing - look up 'Curl Secret How To' on You Tube.
