too light? I like American Apparel tights.

Maybe look for Falke, think they do a forest green & a charcoalish / deep khaki in their 50 denier or cotton opaque range.

Or wear dark green under black or vice versa? With say 40 denier for the top layer. (not as uncomfortable as it sounds, can be quite - ahem - supportive in fact)

Thanks, they're really nice but I'm after the kind of green where you can't even tell it's green at first glance (you think it's black until you see it under certain lights).. Am I making any sense... I sound crazy obsessive

These are only £7, totally non-see-through, and look black but they're khaki. I guess maybe you're looking for a brighter green than that.

It says that these are green, or they come in green. Not sure though. They're quite see through too.

Oh, thanks, they're pretty nice, Hyva. I was after a very cool dark green, think bottle and forest but blackened, but I do like those. Thanks for posting them. I'm still after some like I just described - to go with a certain skirt and boots - but may just get those too :)
