Do you put summer clothes away in winter etc?

southeastastra · 27/10/2013 21:46

no but that's a logical idea!

Crikey! I get less than half the closet because DH has so many clothes.

Mumelie · 27/10/2013 22:19

2 wardrobes (and that's half - I put away spring/summer stuff). I do hang up everything though (bar small chest of drawers for undies and pjs) and have another wardrobe we all share for coats. DH and DD both have 1 wardrobe and a big chest of drawers each. I'd love more but no room.

dexter73 · 27/10/2013 22:45

I have 1 wardrobe. I don't know if that is normal but that is all there is!

libertychick · 27/10/2013 22:49

I don't think the answers will help you work out 'normal' as wardrobes vary in size and people choose to store things differently. I have one wardrobe - large fitted one and I could get a lot more into it. Also have one large chest of drawers. Sounds like you might need to do a clear out - do you wear all the clothes you own?

One wardrobe, plus summer/winter clothes gets out in loft during 'off' season

Littlepumpkinpie · 27/10/2013 23:17

I have one double door wardrobe which is quite empty at the moment had a major sort out for winter. Keep looking for new stuff but nothing in the shops that I like. My summer stuff is stored away in the loft now.
