It's weird how hairdressers bill you different prices

For different stylists isn't it? What they're saying is that one isn't very good, or at least as good as the other.
So why not train them so they're all good?

It's usually down to how many years of experience they have, isn't it?

So they are training them til they are all good, but in the meantime some are not as good yet because they haven't been doing it for 20 years.

Also some people have "easy" hair, or want a simple haircut that doesn't need 20 years of experience, whereas others want something more complicated or have ore difficult to deal with hair.

what you pay them probably depends on what they are charged by the salon
