Join me in celebration! New shoes!

It's not a big thing in the grand scheme of things, but I've just bought my first pair of high heels in about 15 years. Kind of lost myself in clumpy boots and tatty trainers. I've got them on now - a chocolatey patent burgundy with a bow on the front. Only from Tesco, but still. I feel like a glamourpuss sat here in my jeans and t-shirt with my posh shoes on.

Sounds like the sort of celebration I can get on board with - I hope you're very happy together! Wine

Are they these?

Cute!

They are indeed! Haven't impulse bought anything so frivolous for ages. I feel quite decadent. I shall break open the white I think. Sat at home with no one to share my glee.

Of course I now remember what an art it is to walk in heels.

They are super pretty! They might even fall into my trolley soon....

I just have one thing to say about those shoes .... If loving those is wrong, I don't want to be right. Rejoice they are beautiful. Make sure when you go to bed tonight you place them somewhere prominent so they are the first thing you see when you open your eyes. I know its nuts but I always do that with a new shoe situ. Sometimes have even considered a plinth with light!! Nothing like it. Xx
