in a park or whatever
Obviously manifested by the Triple S of style bloggers™ giveaway signs of skinnies scarf and skewed feet

they must do it in daylight hours - someone must see them spaffing about

Pervcat Grin

I always wonder that too. I can't think of a single occasion where, as a grown woman, I ever feel that twisting my toes inward makes me look more stylish!

I have a style & art blog but actually rarely post photos of myself in my clothes - mostly because there is such a plethora of those types of blog out there anyway - but mostly because I would feel a total twit posing for the camera.

There is a link somewhere to a brilliant take on "how to be a style blogger". Will attempt to find it.

Nah, but about 10 years ago some Spanish fashion students took my photo on Oxford Street.

(I was wearing a pink floral corduroy Boden skirt of all things Grin, & knee length denim shirt dress over the top worn as a coat - remember them Grin)

Sometimes DH catches me doing the skew feet funny hands thing in front of the mirror when I'm trying on outfits & takes the piss mercilessly "What on earth are you doing? You don't walk down the street like that? Are they your clothes just for standing funny in" which I have to admit is not wholly undeserved.

No but I got snapped by bloggers in Paris preens ;)

Agree they must feel a bit twitty. Couldn't do it myself. I also think it must get terribly tedious; thinking/organising your outfits all the time, accessories, make-up, hair, the lot. Before you do anything else with your day. Maybe it isn't tedious. Even when you're in shite form or knackered.

Perv how do you make that little TM mark. I promise to stick to thread subject after this.

Fuckitthatlldo · 24/10/2013 19:22

Don't they all just lurk around outside the shows during fashion week?

I've never seen one in real life although I do have a recurring fantasy (and I can't quite believe that I'm admitting to this on the internets) of bumping into Scott Schuman and him begging me to take my photograph (hangs head in shame...)

My sister (not exactly a style blogger, but similar thing) uses a tripod and stops in the most random places with no shame at all. I always get enormously embarrassed when out with her and she does it. She is mad though, which probably helps Grin

oh, me, me me!

There is one at the end of my road! i don't think she is particularly well known, but I found her blog whilst looking for something online, and recognised my road form her photos.

it was odd, there was a much older guy- guessing her dad - taking pictures with an SLR and she was taking her jacket on and off. It was very funny to watch. She looked a little embarrassed and hurried inside when I got closer (I was walking home, not stalking her).
