arrgh!Anyone know of a coat like the Hemp Hoodlamb Parka but fitted or belted at the waist?

In my quest for warm,waterproof and nice looking coat I stumbled across this.Love it and the colours (love the red and tealy blue) BUT I need a fitted waist really.

Any ideas?
