Does anyone know of girls trousers/joggers that fit a ridiculous list of requirements?

DD age 7 has sensory issues and eczema. We are currently relying on one pair of acceptable legware.

I need something that is not fleecy on the inside, doesn't have a button or zip fly and no cuffs on bottom of legs.

I can't find any locally and buying online it is difficult to judge if the joggers have that fluffy/fleecey inside.

All suggestions gratefully appreciated.

She has worn jeans similar to these in the past but found the cuffs on these too tight

What about velour tracks?

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 19/10/2013 17:22

Might it be easier to find the right fabric, and have someone make them for you? That way you could control all the issues about buttons, zips and cuffs as well as the fabric.

Velour might work but I haven't seen any this year.
Do you think it it possible to buy sweatpant fabric and patterns? Must look into it.

Why, oh why, did I not buy the few things she likes in multiple sizes? It would have made life so much easier.

What about Boden pull ons? They are lovely and soft and have a tie belt.

RandomMess · 19/10/2013 17:32

Boden has a few options for you to try

What about yoga pants from Lands' End. My daughter, 6, is fussy about what she wears and is all about the comfort and she likes these (but won't tolerate leggings weirdly). No fleece inside.

or what about the Boden slouchy sweatpants? I'm fairly certain last year'sdidn't have fleece inside but you could always phone Boden to check.

DDs LA Gear joggers match the description (assuming zips at the bottom of the legs are fine?) They are v thin though and Ive actually bought her thermal leggings to go under them in the winter. I got them from Sports Direct. Canterbury also do similar but are pricier. Wash and dry like a dream though.

What about yoga pant style trousers? Leggings?

iheartdusty · 19/10/2013 17:35

how about jersey, like these?

DontCallMeBaby · 19/10/2013 17:50

DD has just got a pair of Uniqlo legging trousers (www.uniqlo.com/uk/store/list/basic/kidsbabies/bottoms/leggingstrousers). More substantial than normal leggings, with a top on they look like trousers, but they've got no zip or button. They're a skinny fit, so might be a bit snug - the waistband isn't tight though, and seems quite soft (DD has the cord ones).
