What can I wear to a Christening?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant (measuring 36) so pretty huge. It's on Sunday and DP has only just told me that we were invited. What can I come up with at short notice that won't look out of place at a Christening? I've never been to one before so I'm just totally lost.

Thanks Flowers

Dress, cardi and flat shoes?

This was me exactly a year ago. I could not find a thing and didnt really want to buy new as was my last pregnancy.

Think I ended up wearing black mat skinny jeans with cardy and scarf. Not brilliant but I was heavily preg so got away with it!

Thanks :) I'll have a hunt and see if I can find something, I just wish I had a bit more warning! And since I've never been to a christening I don't know what's acceptable to wear anyway so I'm just getting overly stressed about it.

Daley - as long as you don't turn up in a bikini you will be fine!
Don't be overly stressed.
What is your most comfortable outfit at the moment?
Dress it up with a bit of jewellery and you are sorted

Stretchy slimmish bottom half, skirt or trousers, bump band round top if doesn't fit. Floaty pretty top half over vest style top. Best shoes you can fit into/walk inGrin

Nice scarf or necklace if it needs it. You will look great, have a nice time
