Are Didriksons Parkas too long for short people?

After lots of threads on here recommending the Didriksons parkas I had a look, and I quite like the Tilde and the Tove. Thing is, I am only 5' 3" and I am worried they will be down to my knees and look ridiculous.....

I was going to start a thread asking exactly the same question. I am even shorter

ViviDeBOOvoir · 17/10/2013 18:23

I think so. I'm 5'9 and the sleeves are v long on me. Mine also comes down to my knees almost.

marfisa · 17/10/2013 19:08

I am 5'4" and very happy with the length of my Veronica parka.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 17/10/2013 19:19

Humph. That was a lot of use Grin

I don't mind long sleeves, in fact I like them as I don't wear gloves and like sleeves that pretty much come over my hands.

It would be so much easier if Didriksons would just list the length by size...

I'm 5ft7 and have the Taylor and it is knee length.

PatoBanton · 17/10/2013 19:28

lots of styles are shorter.

QueenofLouisiana · 17/10/2013 19:41

I'd say my Taylor is just above knee length- I am about 5'6"

wrenster · 17/10/2013 20:41

I'm only 5ft 3" and I think my Taylor is a nice length and fairly fitted.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 17/10/2013 22:12

Hmm, I guess it depends a lot in what size you buy as I think they get longer the larger the size? Will have to see one in rl I guess...
