Do you know the return policy for unopened Clarins skincare bought in-store?

I can only find info about items bought online.

What is the reason for return? I return anything I don't like if I have used it but if it is unopened then you could say it was bought as a gift but not suitable for your skin type or the person you bought it for.

Do you have receipt?

I would give them a ring and ask.

I emailed Clarins direct and they allowed me to send it back and exchange for another item.

I have the receipt and changed my mind about the stuff before using it.

Agree with ringing. I used to work in the beauty hall of a department store; anything needing to be returned to one of the beauty concessions (Clarins, Estee Lauder etc) had to go through some ridiculous process which involved calling the head office, sending the item away, filling out a form, waiting ages for the refund... Hmm This was only 2 years ago.

NB: that would be the head office for the company behind the brands, not the head office of the department store, this returns policy was managed by the concessions' companies themselves.

Thanks delasi. I usually don't fall for sales pressure but they got me this time!
