Just on the look out for long sleeved dresses and tunics. In need of inspiration - thank you!

I buy clothes from Bank for my teenage daughter and wouldn't usually think of buying anything for me as it's cheap young people's wear, but we were in the shop recently and I spied a few things for myself and bought them
These are the dresses I bought

I will wear over leggings or black opaque tights.

Grey is one of the best colours on me and whilst the dresses are inexpensive they look very nice on.

I don't like wearing layers and prefer long sleeves in the autumn winter.

EAST have a beautiful merino wool dress in green - they call it ivy I think. I loved it but it was too small across the bust so I was sensible and left it in the shop. Phase Eight had some too - Maisie wrap dress. Bit side-ruched for me but available in dark grey, green and black.

Easier to post this link - the ivy one is called 'cable detail' lots of sweater dresses on that page.

Thank you to everyone for the fab ideas. I love the Bank link (never heard of them before) & John Lewis (didn't think to of JL!) . Will check out phase eight& fatface. Just the inspiration I needed

I have the circle dress here in greed and blue. Lord alone knows how tall those models are, but I'm 5 foot 8 and it just grazes the top of my knee.

I also have the velour dress from here in blue. I have a purple version from last year as well. They are meant to be a bit loose and by golly they are warm. If you ignore the explosion in a pattern factory styling and wear them with plain tights/boots etc, they can be a really good winter option.

Good ideas Slug. Thanks.
