Best hairdresser in Chiswick, Notting Hill or west London?

I have straight dark hair just past my collar bone and want a great cut. Not a middle age bob! Any recommendations for West London?
I'm thinking a bit Emily Mortimer in Newsroom...

Marco Aldany in Notting Hill is good, I know some of the stylists.

Mowgli in Primrose Hill (not sure if that would be too far away for you) - the are brilliant. All hairdressers are good but John is excellent. Expensive though - not sure of your price range.

Aveda in Covent a Garden. Not quite the area you asked for but highly recommend.

I remember hearing somewhere that the Aveda on Westbourne Grove is where Elle MacPherson goes / went.
